I did it!

Traveling on business so not a lot of time to write (plus my WordPress is acting funny and I had my last composition deleted), but suffice it to say that I finished! There were very difficult moment, especially on the run, but I just kept going. The distances, by the way, were 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike, and a 3 mile run. It wasn’t an easy course, and the day turned out to be a record-breaker in terms of heat – 101 degrees. And I’m not talking about the heat index. Having my family (and my superstar triathlete cousin) there, along with the incredibly supportive environment of the Danskin triathlon, made all the difference. More to come…
